If you or your business are simply looking for technical support and repair on a per-incident or "break/fix" scenario, this is your best option.  We offer competitive home and business rates on all our per incident services.

Pre-paid support

If you are looking for a bit more control over your IT spending and looking to save some money in the process.  Our Pre-Paid Block time is a great way to do so.  Pre-Paid time is purchased in blocks of 3, 5, or 10 hours, which are good for up to 6 months.  There is no contract and you also get a discount based on the number of Pre-Paid Hours you purchase.

Contract plans

Contract clients receive a set number of hours per month not only for technical issues and consulting, but for preventative maintenance as well.  Contracted hours are good for 90 days as long as the contract remains in effect.  This is a great way for small businesses to control and budget their IT spending.

On-site and remote support

We offer both on-site service calls and remote support options to our clients, which allows us to work around their schedules and needs.
